Toddler Friendly – Muesli Bars

Before I head off to vegas for my besties wedding this week, I thought that I would help grandma out by making a few snacks for Chloe, while we are away. These Muesli bars are packed with nutrition & healthy fats to keep those littles going all day long.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce unsweetened
  • 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup spelt flour or whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • splash of pure vanilla

 

What To Do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
  3. Squish muesli bar batter into the dish pressing down
  4. Bake for 35 minutes
