The top secret addition of the frozen cauliflower is an amazing way to get some extra non green veggies into your diet! I am a huge fan of everything green but cauliflower is a powerful veggie packed with tons and tons of vitamin C! Give it a try & tag #leavesandbubbly Xx.
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup strawberries
- 5-6 raspberries
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1.4 cup plain, organic greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
Blend until super smooth & ultra thick- pour into a bowl and top with more fruit and chia seeds.
