Green Smoothie Pops

Green smoothies are amazing. They are full of nutrients that you wouldn’t necessarily eat in your everyday diet. I love a greens powder for this reason.  Why not put that amazing green smoothie into popsicle form!  This is the most simple recipe and the ingredients can be changed up to what ever you prefer! My strong suggestion though, is to use banana or mango as your base fruit so it stays creamy when you bite in to it 😉 Make the most of summer & take these pops on the go, a walk or bike ride ❤

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup frozen mango or frozen banana chunks
  • 2 cups cashew, almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of greens powder
  • 1 scoop of brown rice protein – vanilla or chocolate  ( see suggestions HERE )

What To Do:

  1. In a high speed blender, prepare the smoothie.. adding in all ingredients
  2. blend until ultra smooth and creamy
  3. Pour into a popsicle mold
  4. Freeze for 4-5 hours
  5. Run under extremely hot water to pop out of molds
  6. Get summer time snacking!
