Buddha Beauty Green Smoothie

Nourish every single cell in your body with this beauty enhancing green smoothie

What You’ll Need:

1 cup of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped

1 cucumber, diced

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 to 1 frozen banana

1 TBSP organic flax seed, ground

1 tsp organic, natural peanut butter

1 scoop favorite, natural chocolate protein powder ( see my clean suggestions HERE)

1 cup filtered cold water

Blend all ingredients together, starting with the greens on the bottom!
