Warm Chia Lemon Water

I like to drink this warm, you can drink it at room temperature, I just don’t suggest putting ice in to your drinks at anytime because it slows down the digestion time and makes your body work twice as hard to absorb all the goodies we are trying to put in to it, so next time you have water… no ice!
