Protein Blender Brownies

These decadent chocolate brownies are made with only the best ingredients that can easily be thrown right in to your blender and blended all together for a quick high protein treat! 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of Chocolate Sun Warrior Plant Based Protein Powder buy it HERE. 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbl of flax seed ground
  • 1 tbl chia seed ground
  • 1/3 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 tbl of cacao nibs * optional*

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. blend the first 5 ingredients on low until well mixed in blender
  3. add in the dry ingredients next to the blender and blend for about 20 seconds
  4. pour brownie batter in to an 8 x 11 glass baking dish
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, brownie should be still a touch soft in the middle
