Buddha Bowl

Ommmmmmmmm.  This is one yummy bowl of wholefood goodness! Packed with protein to power you through the day!

What You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2 Tbl walnut pieces
  • Handful of sprouts
  • Organic Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tbl of dried oregano
  • Hot sauce of choice

What to Do:

  1. Cook quinoa according to the directions on package, once fluffy removed from stove & stir in feta cheese crumbles & oregano
  2. Slice up the avocado
  3. In a bowl layer the quinoa & cheese on the bottom placing the sprouts, avo, walnuts, & sprouts
  4. sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
  5. drizzle hot sauce on top
