Don’t dump your morning grinds!
That sounds gross & weird, but there is a seriously effective use for those left over coffee grinds. I usually wait until the end of the week to combine the coffee grinds with 1/4 C. organic cane sugar and 1/2 C. of organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. Then I put it into a jar and store in the fridge when your in the shower just rub legs, stomach, arms & even face. You’ll look insane but it works!
The caffeine and antioxidants in coffee are moderately effective to mitigate the appearance of cellulite in the short term. As a stimulant, the caffeine in coffee dilates blood vessels, which temporarily tones and tightens tissue. Plus it increases circulation and reduces water retention, both of which may also help smooth the rumpled look of cellulite. The antioxidants in coffee may help to release toxins, which is not only helpful for cellulite, but for healthy skin in general! WINNNN!
You may have heard of some very popular coffee mixes such as “Frank Body” body scrub, for around $20 . But honestly it’s just a bunch of marketing filled with naked, goddess like girls….just make it yourself & you to will feel like a goddess 🙂
I’ve heard a lot about this little trick, and I’ve tried using coffee grounds myself. It definitely helps to tighten up skin, and actually makes it feel smoother from exfoliation. Enjoy!
