Everyone’s Sick Smoothie

It’s that time of year again, where you can’t leave the house without someone sneezing on you… Keep your immune system up with this green juice/smoothie!

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 an organic apple
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger with skin removed
  • 1 scoop of Amazing Grass, green super food (chocolate is the best)
  • 1 TBL of Manuka honey ( Manuka honey is amaze, it has antibacterial, anti fungal properties)

Always start with the liquid and the greens first ( this will keep your smoothie actually smooth & not chunky )

Blend all together after blending the liquid and greens for about 30 seconds on high.

Have one of these everyday that you feel like your coming down with something & even if you’re already sick you’ll recover 10000 times faster
