Almond Crust Pesto Shrimp Mozza Pizza ( Gluten Free)

These pizzas are made with Almond flour instead of wheat, which is a nice nutritious alternative!

What you’ll Need:  * Pre heat the oven to 360 degrees*

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour ( find at bulk barn or Bob Red Mills in a bag at grocery stores)
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 can of organic pizza sauce


  • 3/4-1 Cup Buffalo Mozzerla cut up in to disk like shapes ( you can also use Mozz Cheese/Italian Mix)
  • handful of black sliced olives
  • Cooked garlic shrimp
  • Pesto sauce ( i just used organic pesto sauce from the store)
  • Top with Arugula when out of the oven
  1. Mix the ingredients really well together, then divide in to 2 portions
  2. On a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper , With a Fork, gently press out dough until a roundish pizza looking crust is formed
  3. throw in the oven for 15 minutes before adding toppings on ( helps it get crispy and stay together )
  4. Add Toppings of choice of the ones I used above ( except arugula) and throw back in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pesto is gooey 🙂
