Vegan Apple Pecan Crumble

A yummy clean version of the classic fall crumble!

Vegan Apple Pecan Crumble

What you will need:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2  cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon or apple pie spice ( if you don’t have APS just use cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp of sea salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 Large apples ( more nutrition if you leave the peels on 😉 )
  • 1 Tbl of fresh lemon juice
  • a little lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of PURE vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of halved pecans
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees celsius
  2. Start with 2 large mixing bowls
  3. Whisk the dry ingredients together
  4. Chop up the apples in to bite size pieces, then melt 2 tbl of coconut oil and drizzle over combining with all wet ingredients making sure apples are coated evenly
  5. Add the remaining 2 tbl of Coconut oil to the dry mixture ( does not have to be melted)
  6. lightly oil a 8×8 ( or cute pie pan)
  7. Pour apple, pecan mixture in to the pan then top with the crumbly oat mixture.
  8. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, the top should be golden brown and a caramel colour
  9. You may top with some organic yogurt or coconut yogurt to keep it vegan, and some extra pecans 🙂
